They tried sitting in it for extended periods to see if they'd adapt, but after two full workdays of sitting they realized something was wrong - they weren't just tired from sitting, the chair was actively harming their posture and causing physical problems. They immediately packaged it up and returned it. They suggest that for people around 6 feet tall, a size C might be necessary, implying the sizing on the B was problematic for their height even though they're relatively light. The experience was bad enough that they didn't want to waste any more time trying to make it work.
