Nouhaus Ergo3D review
The reviewer got their 2019 Aeron for $270 from a marketplace seller who said it was used, but after inspection they believe the chair had been replaced with aftermarket parts. Some parts didn't seem original and it was sketchy. The seller tried to convince them everything was fine with a 60-day warranty but the poster wasn't willing to risk it. In hindsight, they feel they should have paid an extra $200-$250 to get a guaranteed authentic used Aeron, which would have been $450 total. They calculate that this extra cost would have been worth it considering it's just 3-4 hours of their hourly wage, especially for something they use 8+ hours daily. Looking back, it's their biggest work-from-home regret from the past few years.
