Herman Miller Embody review

This reviewer has had the chair for two years and uses it for both work and gaming. They report that it has been excellent for their lower back issues, which were caused by a previous injury. The chair's support system allows them to sit for long periods without aggravating their injury, which was a problem with every other chair they tried. They specifically appreciate that the support is distributed across the entire back rather than focused on one point. The only minor complaint is that the armrests could be slightly wider, but this is a very minor issue compared to the benefits they've experienced.
