Steelcase Amia review

Buyer purchased a refurbished Steelcase Amia from Madison Furniture on eBay for about $200 less than authorized dealers. The chair arrived in good condition with only minor cosmetic wear, but did not include 4D arms despite 'fully loaded' listing title. Seeking advice on whether to buy 4D arms separately for $75 or return and pay more for a premium refurbished unit from Crandall or BTOD.
