Steelcase Leap V2 review
This commenter previously owned a Steelcase Leap V2 before switching to the Embody. They found the Leap to be a very good chair overall, particularly praising its highly adjustable lumbar support system. However, they felt that the Leap's seat cushion was too firm for their preference, even after the break-in period. They also mentioned that the armrests on their unit felt somewhat flimsy and would occasionally slip out of position during use. Despite these issues, they still considered it a quality chair that served them well for several years before upgrading.
