noblechairs HERO review

The user upgraded from a Noblechairs Hero gaming chair to the Embody and describes it as entering a completely different category of seating. The Noblechairs Hero was their first "premium" gaming chair purchase and while it was better than cheap office chairs, it still caused them back discomfort after 4-5 hours of sitting. The faux leather upholstery looked nice initially but started flaking and peeling after about a year. The thick padding felt comfortable at first but didn't provide actual ergonomic support, just cushioning. They view gaming chairs in general as overpriced marketing targeted at gamers, and wish they had invested in a proper ergonomic chair from the start.
