The reviewer questions what they would recommend and states it greatly depends on the money available. They note the Ikea chair is probably the better recommendation in the grand scheme. If they did not very well buy it to recommend spending on expensive office chairs where they buy it, they'd say buy it only on those deals. However, if the money isn't a concern at all, they wouldn't ask random people on the internet because most good chairs are expensive. They caution that unless you have to pay full price for it, then you probably shouldn't, and note that some cheaper chairs might make many people just as happy.
