Steelcase Gesture review

This person bought a refurbished Steelcase Gesture at a significant discount and has had it for about 8 months. At the reduced price point, they feel they got good value, but they're not sure they would have been happy paying full retail. The chair is comfortable enough for their needs, but they notice the seat is softer than they ideally prefer. They experience some of the sinking that others describe, though it's not severe enough to be a dealbreaker at the price they paid. The armrests and overall adjustability are good. They think the Gesture is overpriced at MSRP but reasonable if you can find it discounted or refurbished.
