Herman Miller Embody review
A tall user (6'4") provides feedback on how the Embody works for larger frames. They find the chair accommodates their height better than most office chairs, with the backrest extending high enough to provide proper support. The seat width is adequate without feeling cramped, which is a common problem they encounter with other chairs. However, they wish the seat depth adjustment had more range, as even at maximum extension it feels slightly short for their long femurs. The armrests adjust high enough for their desk height, which is often a problem with other chairs. Overall, they're satisfied and consider it one of the better options for tall users, though it's not perfect and they still occasionally feel the proportions are designed for average-height people.

- Adequate seat width for larger frame
- Armrests adjust sufficiently high
- One of better options for tall users
Cons
- Seat depth adjustment could have more range
- Slightly short even at maximum for very long legs
- Still feels designed for average height
