Herman Miller Lino review

The reviewer spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out why the mechanism didn't feel right. They spent weeks on everything trying to find the right chair, and Crandall Office contacted a Steelcase rep from their area to help with a left cut that they didn't receive initially. The chair was apparently only helping the reviewer while more back pain afterwards. This is just generally their experience with them, but they wouldn't recommend Crandall to anyone if anybody has any idea or suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.
