Steelcase Gesture review

The reviewer tried the Steelcase Gesture in a showroom and had a poor experience with the lumbar support. They found that the lumbar support mechanism caused the entire backrest to bow outward when adjusted, rather than providing targeted lower back support. This made them feel like they were being pushed forward out of the chair. They were so disappointed by this design that they decided not to purchase the chair, despite having gone to the showroom specifically to try it. They believe the lumbar support implementation is fundamentally flawed in its design approach.
