Haworth Fern review

After two years of ownership, the user is finally giving up on their Fern and actively hates it. They've tried every available adjustment and consulted numerous tutorials, but ultimately concluded the chair simply isn't right for them. Their primary complaint centers on the bottom cushion, which they feel doesn't provide adequate support—they eventually feel like they're sitting directly on the metal backing plate underneath. At 185 lbs, they expected better performance. They had hoped this would be their last office chair purchase but are now looking for a replacement. Despite wanting it to work, they're abandoning the chair entirely.
