Herman Miller Embody review

After owning the chair for two months, this reviewer loves it but warns potential buyers about the firm seat. They are petite (5'2", 110 lbs) and found the seat almost uncomfortably firm for the first few weeks. They now use a thin gel cushion on top which has made it much more comfortable without compromising the back support. They appreciate that the back support system works well even with the added cushion. They wish there was a softer seat option or that Herman Miller offered different firmness levels. Despite needing the modification, they still think the chair is excellent and the back support is worth the investment.
