Steelcase Leap V2 review

The commenter just got their Steelcase Leap V2 from Crandall Office recently, about a week ago. They found the seat to be very firm and noted that while they thought it would have more cushion, they could have gone with V1 version. However, they added that considering the padding issue, they did call Crandall directly and the company explained that this might be intentional for durability and support.
