Autonomous ErgoChair Pro review

This user purchased and then returned the Autonomous Ergo Pro. While they loved almost everything about the chair, they had a critical issue with the lumbar support. Specifically, there is no way to adjust the depth of the lumbar support, meaning it either digs into the back or becomes completely useless depending on how the user sits. Because they are tall with long limbs, this lack of adjustment caused significant issues, ultimately leaving them with no lumbar support at all. This was a dealbreaker that led to the return.
