Herman Miller Cosm Low Back review

Reviewer found the Cosm extremely comfortable after trying it in person. They were previously told by high-end brands that chairs without headrests are better for neck health, but after experiencing Cosm with a headrest, they strongly felt the difference. Would choose this if buying a new Herman Miller chair.
