Herman Miller Aeron review
A long-time Aeron user compared it to the Embody after testing both extensively. They've owned an Aeron for over 12 years and recently tried the Embody for three weeks. While they acknowledge the Aeron's iconic status and general comfort, they found the mesh seat could become uncomfortable during very long sitting sessions, particularly in warm weather when the mesh pattern would imprint on their legs. They appreciated the Aeron's proven durability and widespread availability of replacement parts. The lumbar support on the Aeron was good but felt more rigid compared to newer designs. Overall, they felt the Aeron remains a solid choice but newer chairs have surpassed it in some areas.
