Herman Miller Aeron review
This person was very excited to get an Aeron based on all the positive reviews but ended up returning it after a month of trying to adjust to it. They found that the mesh seat created uncomfortable pressure points on their sit bones that never went away despite trying different settings. As someone who is relatively slim, they felt the chair was designed more for average or larger body types. The arm rests, while adjustable, couldn't get quite into the position they needed for their desk setup. They also found the forward tilt feature to be uncomfortable and never used it. Despite wanting to love the chair given its reputation and price, they ultimately felt it wasn't the right fit for their body and work style, and returned it for a refund.
