Herman Miller Embody review

The user had severe back problems and tried the Embody hoping it would help. They found the lumbar support too aggressive and couldn't adjust it to their liking. After about two months, the chair caused constant lower back pain and they felt significant discomfort. Despite being highly rated, they had a terrible experience and returned it. They emphasize that chair fit is very personal and what works for others may not work for you.
