Steelcase Leap V2 review
This reviewer is a petite person (five foot two, 115 pounds) who specifically researched chairs that would work for smaller body types. They've had their Leap V2 for about a year and find it works reasonably well for their size, though not perfectly. The seat depth adjustment is crucial for them and they keep it at the shortest setting, which provides adequate thigh support without cutting off circulation. The lumbar support reaches low enough on their back to be effective. However, they note that the armrests don't go quite low enough for their ideal height, even at the lowest setting, which means they sometimes don't use them. The backrest height is good for them. They wish Steelcase made a version specifically designed for smaller people with a greater range of adjustment in the lower ranges. Despite the armrest issue, the chair is much better than most office chairs they've tried, which are typically designed for average or larger body sizes.
