Steelcase Leap V2 review

The poster is a 6'3" 87kg person transitioning from a Herman Miller Embody to a Steelcase Leap V2. With the Embody, they experienced significant lower back pain that required physical therapy and felt the chair was pushing them into a gaming position. Despite trying for 3-4 months, the Embody felt punishing and made their back hurt even when away from the chair. The lumbar support seemed to aggravate rather than help, even at the lowest setting. They specifically note the Embody would push their lower lumbar down towards the support, but the back rest never came all the way back to a neutral position. They tried every adjustment and even went back to a dinner chair for relief, demonstrating how problematic the Embody was for them.
