Herman Miller Aeron review

This person purchased a used Herman Miller Aeron and found that the mesh on the seat bottom had worn through and needed replacing. They note that replacement parts are readily available, which is a positive aspect of ownership. However, they were somewhat disappointed that a used chair needed parts replacement relatively soon after purchase. The availability of replacement parts and the ability to repair the chair rather than replace it entirely is viewed as a benefit of the Herman Miller ecosystem.
