Herman Miller Embody review

The poster owns a generic office chair and is considering the Embody at 25% off. They are 6'3" ~180 lbs with long legs. They don't have significant back issues, just some mild low back discomfort after sitting in their current awful work chair, but nothing major like other users report. They've read tons of posts and watched nearly every review over the past few weeks, and find the feedback incredibly divisive — people either give it blind praise or say there's absolutely nothing positive about it.
