Steelcase Leap V2 review
This commenter purchased a new Leap V2 with a headrest about nine months ago and has mixed feelings about the headrest addition. The chair itself is excellent and they love all the standard features and adjustability. However, they find the headrest to be positioned at an awkward angle for their neck and it's difficult to adjust to a comfortable position. They rarely use the headrest as a result, which makes them feel the extra cost wasn't worthwhile. The headrest also interferes with their ability to recline fully back in the chair. They note that without the headrest, the chair would be a perfect five-star product for them. They wish they had tried a model with a headrest before purchasing, as they would have likely gone with the standard version. They recommend others carefully consider whether they actually need the headrest or if it's an unnecessary upgrade.
