Autonomous ErgoChair Pro review

The commenter bought an Autonomous ErgoChair as a budget-friendly ergonomic option but has been disappointed with the quality. After only six months, the mesh back started sagging and the armrests became loose and wobbly. The lumbar support knob stripped and no longer adjusts properly. While it was comfortable initially and seemed like good value, the poor durability has been frustrating. Customer service was slow to respond and ultimately unhelpful. They feel like they wasted money on something that seemed like a deal but fell apart quickly, and now they wish they had just saved up for a higher quality chair from the start.
