Secretlab Omega review

This person bought a Secretlab Omega a few years ago when gaming chairs were very popular. They spent around $400 and initially thought it was great, but over time they've realized it's really not designed for all-day work sitting. The padding is too soft and compresses significantly, the lumbar pillow never quite sits in the right place, and after long sessions they feel fatigued. They're now looking to replace it with a proper ergonomic chair and view the Secretlab purchase as a lesson learned that gaming chairs and serious work chairs are different categories. They wouldn't recommend gaming chairs for people who work from home full-time.
