Steelcase Leap V2 review
This reviewer bought and returned both the Amia and Leap chairs. They found the body of the Leap stiff but were attracted to its headrest. However, they were disappointed that the seat edge of the Leap didn't adjust vertically compared to other chairs, and despite the lumbar seeming impressive at first, it ultimately felt pronounced in a way that didn't work for them. They found the lumbar has settings that are hoping to find a good fit but ultimately concluded it wasn't the right chair for their needs.
Pros
- Has headrest
- Lumbar seems impressive initially
Cons
- Body of chair is stiff
- Seat edge doesn't adjust vertically like other chairs
- Lumbar too pronounced and doesn't work well
