This person has owned a Steelcase Gesture for approximately one year and has a nuanced perspective. They find the chair comfortable overall and appreciate its design and adjustability. However, they've definitely noticed the seat getting softer and more compressed over the year of daily use. They don't find it uncomfortable yet, but they can see the trajectory and wonder how it will feel after another year or two.
