Steelcase Leap V2 review

This user bought a used Leap V2 from a liquidation company about four years ago and considers it one of their best purchases ever. They work from home full-time as a software developer, sitting for ten to twelve hours most days. The chair has completely eliminated the back and neck pain they used to experience regularly. They particularly appreciate the recline function which they use throughout the day to change positions and stretch while still remaining at their desk. The armrests support their arms well during typing, reducing shoulder strain. The only issue they've had is that after about three years, the cylinder started slowly sinking, but they were able to replace it easily and cheaply. They note that buying used saved them a significant amount of money and the chair was in excellent condition when they received it. They plan to buy another Leap V2 when this one eventually wears out.
