Herman Miller Aeron review

The user is getting older and has developed tailbone and neck pain. Their current office chair exacerbates these issues, especially during long 8-hour work and gaming sessions. They're 6'1" and around 220 lbs, looking for something with really good back/lumbar support, a comfortable recline, and preferably a padded seat instead of mesh. They're willing to spend around $500 but want a mesh-free option. They specifically want good lumbar support, a comfortable recline with a footrest for when not actively gaming, and have been researching chairs like Steelcase Gesture, Leap, Haworth Fern, and HIBADA X7 but remain open to suggestions.
