Herman Miller Embody review

The poster had originally planned to purchase an Embody as their 'chair I got' when cost wasn't an issue, but decided against it. Their primary concern is needing neck support, which is their biggest problem. The added cost of neck support accessories, combined with the fact that adding neck support invalidates the warranty, completely killed the idea of buying this chair for them.
