Steelcase Leap V2 review

This reviewer bought a new Leap V2 with the headrest option and has been using it for three months. They find the chair itself excellent - comfortable, adjustable, and well-built. However, they're disappointed with the headrest, finding it awkwardly positioned and not very supportive. It seems like an afterthought rather than an integrated design element. The headrest doesn't adjust enough to be comfortable for them when reclined, and it gets in the way when sitting upright. They wish they had saved the money and bought the chair without it. Despite the headrest issue, the chair's core functionality is strong enough that they still rate it highly overall.
