Herman Miller Embody review

After four months with the chair, this reviewer is still undecided about whether it was the right purchase. They acknowledge the chair is well-engineered and the build quality is outstanding, but they personally find the seat cushion too firm and haven't experienced the comfort improvements others describe. They wonder if their expectations were too high based on reviews, or if the chair simply doesn't suit their body type. They're average height and weight, so they don't think sizing is the issue.
