Steelcase Leap V2 review

The person bought the chair second-hand and immediately noticed a pressing issue with lumbar support that wasn't comfortable. They found the back to push them forward in an unpleasant way and couldn't get comfortable for the first couple months. However, after learning how to adjust the lumbar and seat, the chair became very comfortable. They now use it successfully as their work-from-home setup and consider it to be better than their similarly-priced gaming chair from a few years ago.

  • Difficult to get comfortable initially (took months)
  • Lumbar support issues until properly adjusted
  • Steep learning curve for adjustments
