Allsteel Acuity review

This user received an Allsteel Acuity as part of their office setup when they started working remotely. They've been using it for about 18 months now and find it perfectly adequate but not exceptional. The chair does its job without any major complaints, providing decent support and comfort for their 7-8 hour workdays. The adjustments work smoothly and the mesh back is comfortable. However, they don't find anything particularly special about it that would make them recommend it over other similarly-priced options. The lumbar support is okay but not as pronounced as they'd like. It's a solid B-grade chair in their opinion - reliable and comfortable enough, but not inspiring.
