Allsteel Acuity review

This reviewer found the Allsteel Acuity disappointing after purchasing it based on recommendations. They're a larger person (6'2", 240 lbs) and found the chair didn't provide adequate support for their frame. The seat feels too narrow and the armrests don't adjust wide enough for comfort. The lumbar support, while adjustable, doesn't extend high enough on their back to be effective. After about six months of use, they've started experiencing increased back discomfort during long work sessions. They acknowledge the chair might work well for average-sized users, but for larger individuals, it falls short. They're now looking at heavy-duty chair options instead.
