Steelcase Leap V2 review
The reviewer notes that the Leap V2 has headrest options available and describes how the lumbar support works. It feels much better in the human midsection than before, and you can rock back and forth super smoothly while balancing on the pivot that moves with you when you recline. The headrest is kind of bad with a bit of pushiness in the wrong places, and the lumbar support is okay but tends to slide in the wrong places which is annoying. The headrest positioning doesn't adjust at all, which is 80% of what pushed them to buy another chair. If the reviewer was a size larger, they would be unhappy with how it fits them personally. There's not much adjustment in the recline beyond the stiffness knob, but they note what a missed chance that is by Ikea.
