HON Ignition 2.0 review

Purchased the HON Ignition 2.0 during COVID-19 remote work in New York. Previously used an old chair but as remote work extended, experienced severe back pain (described as back breaking in half), prompting the purchase of this chair with mesh back, adjustable arms, and adjustable lumbar support.
