Steelcase Leap V2 review

The reviewer says they would highly recommend trying as many chairs as you possibly can in person before choosing to buy one online. If you sit in the chair and it feels uncomfortable, it's not going to be defective an actual. It isn't them a since and they got back to me within a few hours apologized and explained that the delay was due to high shipping volumes. The refund hit their account the next day, and processed the refund within 24 hours of receiving the chair back.
