Steelcase Leap V2 review

This user bought what they believed to be a brand new Steelcase Leap V2 from a nearby retailer a few years ago, but they only recently discovered it was actually a refurbished model when they called Steelcase about warranty service. When they contacted the Steelcase website for a trade-in evaluation, the site's list of replacement options didn't include a new Steelcase Leap V2, and they found this very strange. They question why Steelcase wouldn't offer a new Leap V2 as a replacement option.
