Steelcase Leap V2 review
This buyer purchased their Steelcase Leap V2 from Madison Seating and had a mixed experience. The chair itself is excellent - comfortable, well-built, and exactly as expected. However, the buying experience was frustrating. The chair took nearly two months to arrive despite being listed as in stock, and customer service was difficult to reach and unhelpful when they inquired about the delay. There were no updates provided, and they had to follow up multiple times. Once it finally arrived, it was in good condition and clearly refurbished well, but the seller experience left a bad taste. They'd recommend buying the chair but from a different vendor with better customer service and realistic shipping timelines.
