Steelcase Leap V2 review

The commenter had an extremely negative experience with the Steelcase Leap V2. After spending between $800-$1000 on a refurbished model, they found that within six months the arms had completely broken off at the $100-$400 mark they had spent. This premature failure left them very disappointed and feeling like they wasted a significant amount of money on a chair that didn't hold up to regular use.
