Herman Miller Aeron review

This person used an Aeron chair for about 13 years until it finally gave out. They then tried a Steelcase Leap but were very disappointed, finding it uncomfortable even after attempting adjustments. They note that Steelcase also makes the SOTU chairs they'd used in corporate offices, which they found terrible. After the negative experience with the Leap, they went back to Herman Miller and purchased a Cosm chair, which they've been extremely happy with. They consider it even better than the original Aeron they had loved for over a decade.
