Steelcase Leap V2 review

The reviewer bought this chair sight-unseen, every step. They thought this would be a Steelcase chair, not a Crandall one. If the chair wasn't working for them, they would have sent either all returned it and trying something else. There's a bunch of videos on Crandall's YouTube page that shows how to lubricate it and where you should probably try that. They keep the seat up and no realistic lumbar either, right out of the box or eventually.
