Herman Miller Aeron review

This person previously owned a Herman Miller Aeron for several years but found it uncomfortable for their body type and eventually developed back pain while using it. They describe the mesh seat as too firm and the overall fit as not quite right for them, despite trying various adjustments. After switching to the Steelcase Leap V2, they found it much more comfortable with better lumbar support that actually worked for their back. They emphasize that chair fit is very personal and what works for one person may not work for another. The Aeron is a well-made chair, but it simply wasn't the right match for their body.
