Haworth Zody II review
The user has been using a Haworth Zody for about three years in their home office. They specifically chose it for its asymmetrical lumbar support feature, which allows independent adjustment of each side of the lower back. This has been tremendously helpful for their scoliosis-related back issues. The chair provides excellent posture support and they've noticed a significant reduction in end-of-day back pain compared to their previous chair. The seat comfort is good, though not exceptional, and the mesh back is breathable. They find the armrests a bit plasticky feeling but functional. Overall, they consider it an excellent ergonomic chair, especially for people with specific back conditions.

- Asymmetrical lumbar support for scoliosis
- Excellent posture support
- Reduced back pain significantly
- Breathable mesh back

Cons
- Seat comfort just adequate, not exceptional
