Steelcase Leap V2 review

This user purchased a Steelcase Leap V2 from an office furniture reseller and has been using it for eighteen months. They find it generally comfortable and well-built, with excellent adjustability options. However, they've experienced an issue with the recline tension knob, which became difficult to turn after about a year and now requires significant force to adjust.
