Herman Miller Sayl review

This person bought a Herman Miller Sayl as a more affordable Herman Miller option, spending around $500. They appreciate the unique design and find it reasonably comfortable, but after using it for about a year they feel it's not quite at the same level as the company's flagship models like the Aeron or Embody. The back support is good but not exceptional, and they sometimes feel like they're sitting in a more budget-oriented chair despite the Herman Miller name. It's a decent chair and they don't regret the purchase, but they have some understanding now of why the higher-end models cost significantly more.
