Steelcase Leap V2 review

This user bought their Steelcase Leap V2 new directly from Steelcase during a sale and has owned it for about three years. They work in software development and sit for extremely long hours. The chair has been reliable and comfortable, though they note that the seat cushion has compressed somewhat over time and isn't quite as supportive as it was when new. They've started using a seat cushion overlay to compensate. The back support and lumbar adjustment remain excellent and unchanged. They appreciate the build quality and expect to get many more years from the chair despite the seat compression. The fabric has held up well with no pilling or tears.
