Herman Miller Aeron review

The commenter shares that they bought an Aeron based on all the hype and recommendations but ended up disappointed. They found the seat uncomfortable and the mesh too firm for their preference. After a few weeks of trying to adjust to it, they still couldn't get comfortable for extended sitting sessions. They also didn't like how the lumbar support felt too aggressive and pushed too hard into their back. They ended up selling it at a loss and going with a more traditional cushioned chair. They feel the Aeron is overhyped and that people should be more honest about it not being for everyone.
